visual archive
The visual archive is a remarkable resource of the Centre. Nearly 50,000 slides, photo-prints, microfiches related to Bengal art and archaeology have been collected here. Among the materials, copies of the DAVID McCUTCHION COLLECTION are the most important visual documentation of the late mediaeval architecture of Bengal. Currently the archives are being digitized.
